Product Performance

Spray polyurea elastomer is an aromatic polyurea elastomer with over 99% solid content, formed by the reaction of isocyanate components with amine compounds. It requires specialized polyurea spraying equipment for application. Due to its excellent waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant properties, this product is widely used in industrial and commercial anti-corrosion and waterproofing fields.

Product Application Range

This product is applied to various marine facilities, bridge steel cable corrosion protection, and waterproofing, as well as in many other fields for corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings. It is used for surface protection and enhancement, including high-pressure airless spray polyurea applications, such as pickup truck beds, automotive chassis armor, and film landscape props made from EPS foam.

Application Method

• Metal Surfaces:
  
  It is recommended to perform sandblasting to remove rust, reaching Sa2.5 level according to IS08501-1 or GB8923 standards.

• Concrete Surfaces:
  
  The surface should be solid, dense, smooth, clean, and dry. There should be no phenomena such as sand shedding, shelling, cracking, or honeycomb surfaces. Typically, putty is required for repairs. The product should be thoroughly stirred before use to ensure uniform mixing of the pigments.
