SJHB-202-WJ Polyurea Primer

The primer is the first layer of the polyurea system. It is used to enhance the adhesion of the polyurea elastomer, provide alkali resistance, and offer basic anti-corrosion protection. It also ensures uniform spraying of the polyurea coating, allowing the system to achieve optimal performance. It can be applied to concrete substrates, asphalt surfaces, waterproof coatings, polyurethane insulation bases, as well as both metallic and non-metallic substrate treatments.

• Sealing
  SJHB-202 polyurea primer effectively seals the substrate, strengthening the base and significantly reducing the occurrence of pinholes on the polyurea surface.
• Adhesion
  SJHB-202-WJ polyurea primer has excellent penetration capabilities and forms a strong bond with concrete, enhancing the adhesion of the polyurea coating and improving its bonding with the substrate to prevent peeling or delamination.
• Leveling
  SJHB-202-WJ2 polyurea primer can fill in fine cracks and improve the flatness of the spraying surface, resulting in a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing polyurea finish.
