Product Performance



The Aspartic series polyurea is a high-performance waterproof, moisture-resistant, and weather-resistant material, belonging to the third generation of polyurea materials. It is formed by the reaction of modified isocyanate prepolymer and polyaspartic acid ester, among other components. It features a high-density, seamless coating that effectively prevents water penetration, ensuring the interior of buildings remains dry.

Product Application Range



Initially used in national infrastructure projects such as high-speed rail, subways, bridges, and tunnels, this product has recently expanded into the field of civil building waterproofing. It effectively solves issues in traditional waterproof coatings, such as difficulty in construction and cracking in complex environments. Additionally, it is suitable for areas requiring waterproof treatment, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.

Construction Method

  • Metal Surface

    Sandblasting is recommended to achieve a surface meeting IS08501-1 or GB8923 standards, Sa2.5 level.

  • Concrete Surface

    The surface should be firm, dense, smooth, clean, and dry. There should be no sanding, shelling, cracking, or honeycomb issues. Patching with putty may be necessary.

  • Wood Surface

    The surface should be clean, dry, with no burrs or debris.

    After mixing the paint, the original materials in the container must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption.

    During construction, ensure the surface remains dry and clean, and avoid contact with water, alcohol, acids, or alkalis.

Storage and Packaging

  • Storage Temperature: 5-35°C. Store in a cool, ventilated environment, sealed, and avoid direct sunlight exposure.

    • Large barrel: 200L/barrel

    • Small barrel: 20L/barrel
