Product Introduction

Polyaspartic topcoat has excellent weather resistance. After long-term UV irradiation outdoors, it is resistant to aging and does not chalk, making it a commonly used product for outdoor anti-corrosion coatings. The topcoat exhibits outstanding chemical resistance, including resistance to acids, alkalis, acid rain, salt spray, and salt water. The paint film can resist atmospheric corrosion and effectively protect the substrate. It has strong mechanical properties and excellent adhesion. Available in various colors with adjustable hue and gloss, the paint film is full and aesthetically pleasing.

Construction Process

  1. Wire brush grinding / Electric derusting
  2. Clean the surface with an air blower or vacuum cleaner
  3. Primer application
  4. Putty troweling (for putty-specific products)
  5. Secondary primer application
  6. Topcoat application: Recommended dosage: 0.2-0.3 kg/m²
