SJ-I Compact/portable Polyurea Sprayer (Not for sell, Rental only)
SJ-I Compact/portable Polyurea Sprayer (Not for sell, Rental only)

Size: 40*50*80cm
Power supply: Connect to a 220V power source. Insert the Material A suction tube and Material B suction tube into their respective Material A and Material B barrels.
Plug in the controller power cord, turn on the main switch on the right side, press the start button, and activate the heating switch. Set the heating temperature to approximately 50℃ and adjust the air pressure to around 2 bar for optimal atomization effect.
Ensure the air hose of the spray gun is connected during operation. Replace the mixing tube before each spraying session. The air flow rate can be adjusted at the bottom of the spray gun. It is recommended to run the material recirculation mode before starting the machine daily to allow the materials to be fully heated. During recirculation, focus on checking that the pressure values of Material A and Material B are close to each other. When spraying on foam substrates, first apply a thin coat onto the foam surface to form a thermal insulation layer between the polyurea and the foam. For regular spraying, overlap each new spray pass by 50% over the previous pass.
After spraying is completed, it is advisable to screw the special nut onto the bottom of the Material A suction tube to prevent air from entering. Seal the material barrels tightly to avoid material crystallization. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, flush the remaining materials in both Material A and Material B tubes with protective fluid to prevent crystallization and pipe blockage. The mixing tube does not need to be replaced immediately and can be swapped out before the next use.
