Product Performance

Application Scope

The product is suitable for leakage plugging and sealing of cracks, shrinkage joints, construction joints, and structures in various buildings and underground concrete projects; drilling wall protection, leakage plugging, and reinforcement in geological exploration projects; grouting of reservoir dams, leakage plugging of water transmission tunnels, and anti-corrosion in water conservancy and hydropower projects.

Construction Requirements

Concrete Surface

• Ensure the substrate surface is firm, intact, and clean. Remove oil, mold, dust, and other loose substances from the substrate surface to keep it clean and dry.

Construction Process

1. Wire brush grinding / Electric derusting
2. Clean the surface with an air blower or vacuum cleaner
3. Primer application
4. Putty troweling (for putty-specific products)
5. Secondary primer application
6. Apply with a slow trowel or mini roller: Recommended dosage: 1.9 kg/m²; Thickness: 1.5 mm
7. Topcoat application

Storage and Packaging

• Storage Temperature: 5-35°C; Store in a sealed container in a cool, ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Packaging: 5L or 10L/drum
