Product Performance

SJHB-08-ZR Flame Retardant Polyurea is a polyurea material with the addition of efficient flame retardants, providing excellent fire-resistant properties. The product’s oxygen index can reach between 20-25, effectively preventing the outbreak and spread of fires.

Product Application Range

This product is widely used in the construction, industrial, and transportation fields, including in fireproof and flame-retardant applications for:

• Roofs, basements, petrochemical facilities, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure.

Application Method

• Metal Surface
  
  Sandblasting is recommended to achieve a surface that meets the IS08501-1 or GB8923 standard, Sa2.5 level.

• Concrete Surface
  
  Ensure the surface is firm, dense, smooth, clean, and dry. There should be no signs of sanding, shelling, cracking, or honeycomb surface issues. Patching with putty may be required.

• Wood Surface
  
  Ensure the surface is clean, dry, with no burrs or debris.
  
  Before application, the product should be thoroughly stirred to ensure uniform mixing of pigments.

Construction Process

1. Grind with a wire wheel.

2. Clean the surface with a blower or vacuum cleaner.

3. Apply the polyurea spray.

   • Recommended dosage: 1.7 kg/m²

   • Thickness: 1.5mm

Storage and Packaging

• Storage Temperature: 5-35°C, store in a cool, ventilated environment, and keep sealed. Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

  • Large barrel: 200L/barrel

  • Small barrel: 20L/barrel
