Product Performance
SJHB-908 series manual polyurea is a one-component thick-coating anti-corrosion, waterproof, and protective material. It has excellent adhesion to concrete and steel substrates, simple construction, and can form a film in one application without the need for special spraying equipment. Due to its unique chemical structure, the product exhibits outstanding resistance to chemical corrosion and excellent waterproof performance, making it an ideal material for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and protection purposes. Its high elasticity and high strength make it particularly suitable for building roof waterproofing, water stopping of structural cracks and expansion joints, and anti-corrosion and leakage plugging of ports, docks, and water conservancy dams.

Application Scope
The product is used for anti-corrosion and protection of facilities in various fields, including transportation, chemical industry, construction, electric power, water conservancy dams, asphalt and cement pavements of highways, coastal dikes, and maintenance of ports and docks.
Construction Requirements
Concrete Surface
- Must be firm, dense, flat, clean, and dry, free from sanding, glossing, cracks, honeycombing, or pitting. Putty repair is usually required.
Wood Surface
- Clean, dry, and free from burrs and debris.
Special Note
- This product can be used at low temperatures down to -10°C. For low-temperature application, it is recommended to store the coating bucket in an air-conditioned room for more than 24 hours in advance.
Construction Process
- Wire brush grinding / Electric derusting
- Clean the surface with an air blower or vacuum cleaner
- Primer application
- Putty troweling (for putty-specific products)
- Secondary primer application
- Polyurea application
- Recommended dosage: 1.7 kg/m²; Thickness: 1.5 mm
Storage and Packaging
- Storage Temperature: 5-35°C; Store in a sealed container in a cool, ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
Packaging: 200L large drum / 20L small drum
